Project Description
Our team will be developing new features for an existing app. The app tracks workout activity. There will be up to 10 pieces of exercise equipment in Minsk that the team will be able to test their work with.
What You'll Do
- Performing the analysis of logs and identifying issues;
- Reporting the issues to the development teams;
- Working on the improvement of errors reporting/logging infrastructure;

Job Requirements
- Ability to use NewRelic, Loggly, customer-reported-issues, app-store-reported-issues data to find 400 & 500 errors and identify the root cause
- Ability to trace errors through client app, AWS Dynamo/S3, and identify sources like ETW SDK/Vi/etc-SDK
- Ability to coach members of our team how to better identify and trace issues across the network so we can better self-triage issues in the future
- English B1+
