Salesforce Developer (Platform Automation domain)

Company Background

Our client is a legal practice management systems platform, located in New York. They are looking to expand their existing team with a fully cross-functional Salesforce team.

Project Description

The Time & Billing app consists of 3 lightning apps with custom LWCs meant to provide law firms the tools to track their billable time and bill their clients. The current version is v4, and will be expanded into v5. The app has a stopwatch time tracking tool, configurable settings for display and function, and various automated features to ensure proper billing occurs.


The Accounting product would be an addition to the T&B package, and will leverage the existing architecture to expand the product to perform accounting functions. We will have a connection to an AWS Dynamo DB table for storing particular types of records.

What You'll Do
  • Experience with the Salesforce Platform;
  • Intermediate spoken English or higher;
  • Previous Team Lead/Tech lead experience;
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus;

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce;
  • Demonstrable experience of common development technologies (JS, Lightning components, Lightning UI experience, Apex, OOP,  REST API);
  • Experience with Salesforce Limits and best practices;
  • Collaborative mindset with good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Exhibits a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Test teammates code;
  • Experience in work with packages;
  • Understanding of AppExchange publishing process;
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment;
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environment;
  • Ability to identify issues, craft proactive technical resolutions and communication plans to remedy;
